Why CRE Real Estate Income Fund?

CRE real estate income fund offers diversification and predictable returns for accredited investors

CRE Commercial Real Estate Income Fund

CRE Income Fund is a commercial real estate income fund designed to provide current income for investors, along with the potential for capital gains. This secured real estate income Fund purchases and owns a diversified portfolio of income-producing assets, purchased to produce above market returns. The Fund is secured by commercial real estate holdings across the United States.

A key challenge for many investors is finding a passive investment that generates income. Our Fund is a completely passive fund and pays investors a tax-advantaged distribution, filling this gap in income investments.

How does it work?

When CRE purchases an asset, the Fund essentially becomes the bank:

  • We receive monthly rent payments from our tenants
  • We pass a portion of that rent payment back to our investors
  • Over time, the underlying asset increases in value, giving us the opportunity to sell and realize the capital gain.
